Chicken Taco Wraps
The flavorful filling in these wraps has a definite kick, but you can adjust the chilies and peppers to suit your taste.

  1. Finely chopped or ground chicken breast
  2. ΒΌ cup low sodium chicken broth or water
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  4. 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  5. 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  6. Cayenne pepper to taste
  7. Pinch of cumin
  8. Serrano or Jalapeno peppers to taste
  9. Fresh cilantro chopped
  10. 2-4 large lettuce leaves
  11. MCT OR COCONUT oil
  1. In a small frying pan cook chicken in broth and MCT OR COCONUT oil.
  2. Add onion, garlic and spices.
  3. Deglaze pan with lemon juice or a little water.
  4. Serve chicken taco style in butter lettuce or romaine leaves or top with salsa
