Oriental Ginger Chicken
Ginger Chicken – vinegar adds something extra to the marinade for this ginger chicken recipe that tastes fantastic whether grilled or broiled.

  1. 100 grams chicken
  2. ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth or water
  3. 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  4. ¼ teaspoon lemon or orange zest
  5. ½ teaspoon fresh ginger
  6. 4 tablespoons Bragg’s liquid aminos
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  8. MCT OR COCONUT oil (for sauté)
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Cayenne pepper to taste
  1. In a small sauce pan, sauté chicken in a little lemon juice and water until slightly browned.
  2. Add spices, ginger, salt, lemon and stevia.
  3. Add Bragg's liquid aminos and cook thoroughly.
  4. Deglaze the pan periodically by adding a little water.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with lemon or orange slices.
